Not only do our teens have a say in what they play, this program also allows teens to engage in group conversations about the resources they would like to see that help them live #healthy and happy lives. Our residents at Samaritan Center #HealthPark enjoyed the #nutrition & physical activity class provided by @callibrannan & the Michigan State University Extension program. Residents learned how to eat #healthy on a budget, how to prepare quick #healthy meals, tips for reaching & maintaining a #healthy weight and ways to increase their physical activity.
